An "Attitude of Gratitude" is Andrew's personal motto ever since he was struck down by a life changing episode at 25 years old. A stroke was the catalyst for a new direction and a journey of self discovery. This led Andrew to study various styles of massage as well as yoga and meditation techniques.
Andrew has been sharing  techniques used by the Hawaiian Shamans, known as " The Kahunas" in the form of massage retreats and personal development workshops for the last decade. His studies have led him to many different places around the world, where he has expanded his awareness of self and humanity.
Andrew is passionate about living in a healthy and balanced world. He is honoured to be able to offer his services in the fields of massage, yoga, neuro stress release and as a lifestyle and wellness consultant.
